back on it after a v long break

Hello again,  there has been zero effort expended on the poor old mg, house demands, work demands, and a garage with a hole in the roof, 3 kids etc, you know the score!

So l managed to put a new roof on my garage, and all seems well, floor is painted too, so allin all its that time again.

To get the wind in my sails i even bought a front valance, and have repaired my welder, which got soaked in a drip infested roof, its funny how drips always find the things that are electrical/ruinable,,,,

The poor mg had been pushed outside and under a tarpaulin, and has not been very happy there, so its pushed back in the garage, and its time to get re-aqainted.

So no excuses, had time to look at bonnet, remove previous owners fibreglassed repair, and remove the rust,,,,

So after grinding back its clear to see it has issues, but after some serious grinding, im sure it can be saved, i removed the felt from underside too and ground down, and rust killed that side too.
