Hi to all ,My name is Steve and i bought a rather nice MG BGT in Vermillion off Ebay in 2005 ,I dreamed off doing the odd job to get it mot'd and fix it as i go, but certain areas are too far gone structurally, so i have commenced a full restoration, and will be posting my efforts on this site, hopefully to inspire other newbies, and also myself, as it gets all rather daunting when you uncover more rust laden drama as you go,,this site is a repost from mgbglasgow.blogspot.com,

Been busy working in Aberdeen as R n D Technician, excellent job but very short on time. But was at East Kilbride Car Show at weekend, at the Rural Centre, took kids and we loved it! My MG buzz has came back. Camera went flat or i would have got pics of the owners and the full car.
Met a lovely couple there with a beautiful Teal coloured MG Roadster, see picks. I think if i can get my car like this i would be delighted, and to see both him and his wife enjoying a day out showing there car, then im doing the right thing by making time to fix the MG, all will benefit.
